Plot
Kaashmora and his family make a living by cheating people in the name of black magic. Yamini, a research student, joins him to expose his fraud. Meanwhile, a corrupt minister named Dhanakodi trusts Kaashmora, but after an income tax raid, illegal money is secretly moved to Kaashmora’s house. Seeing a chance to escape, his family plans to flee with the cash.
However, Kaashmora is lured to a haunted bungalow by a man named Chelapathy Rao. Inside, he discovers real ghosts, including Raj Nayak, the leader of 12 spirits. Raj Nayak demands Kaashmora help free them from a curse placed centuries ago.
Through an old manuscript, Kaashmora learns that Raj Nayak was a ruthless warlord who killed a king and married Princess Rathna by force. Rathna later deceived and killed him, but before dying, she cursed him and his men, trapping their spirits. Raj Nayak can break the curse only by sacrificing five members of the same family during a rare full moon.
On the special Navakaali Pournami night, Raj Nayak attempts the ritual using Kaashmora’s family. However, the young girl from Kaashmora’s dreams is revealed to be Rathna’s reincarnation. A fierce battle follows, and with Rathna’s help, Kaashmora destroys Raj Nayak’s remains, making him vulnerable. Rathna’s spirit finally destroys Raj Nayak, freeing all trapped souls.
Escaping the palace, Kaashmora pretends he defeated the ghosts and continues his life, while the stolen money mysteriously disappears and Yamini’s evidence against him is destroyed.
